Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  3. You will then need to fill in your contact details and preferred shipping address,
  4. Chose your preferred payment option before clicking the "Confirm Order" button.

Step 1: Fill up Return Request Form or Contact us

Select the product you wish to return on the return form that arrived with your order.

Step 2: Pack your product

  1. Pack your product according to the return conditions.
  2. Include all tags, accessories or free gifts you received.

Step 3: Return your product

  1. If you requested a pickup, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.
  2. Please drop your package at assigned location and attach the address label included with your package on the box.

If a grantee is offered on a product, the grantee process or period will be displayed on the product page.

The grantee for your product should start from the order date.

You should always follow the instructions written on the grantee card provided by the brand.

Grantee terms for a product may change over time. Rest assured, you will be entitled to the terms listed on the grantee card at the time of purchase.

Even if you've lost your grantee card, you can still claim grantee by presenting your invoice.


We allow different payment option including mobile payments. You can pay us during checkout using Debit/Credit Card or selecting assigned bank account. Please review updated payment option on Payment Method page.

When paying with Debit / Credit card on, we will ask you for your 16 digit Card number and expiry date and CVV/Security Code. CVV stands for Card Verification Value.

Return & Refund

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS. After your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.

You can initiate your request for refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. For example: If you received your order on the 5th, then you have until the 12th to request a return.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

If your return request does not meet the Returns Policy conditions, you can claim of the brand.

It will take between 5 and 13 days to send you the replacement product, depending on your location.
